We source directly from manufacturers and for many of the brands, we are the exclusive distributor. All the products we sell are authentic.

8. Do you offer return and exchange?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns and exchange if the product is unopened, in new condition. Please send a return/exchange request within 10 days upon receipt of shipment.. 9. How much do you charge for shipping? Do you offer free shipping?
For US orders below $100, we offer flat shipping at $5 and express shipping at $15. Free shipping for orders over $100.
For Canada orders, we offer flat shipping at $19.99.
- Additional shipping fee may apply if order exceeds 4lbs. Our customer support will contact you for additional charges.
- Everyday Beauty Lab will not be responsible for any customs fees charged by each country. Recipients of packages should pay for the customs fees if occurred.
- For packages that are unclaimed or abandoned due to customer refusal of paying customs and duties, the customer will be responsible for taxes & shipping.
