1. Where do you source the products? Are all the products authentic?
We source directly from manufacturers and for many of the brands, we are the exclusive distributor. All the products we sell are authentic.

2. What brands do you carry?
We offer a wide selection of brands from Japan, Korea, US, and China. Click "BRANDS" in the navigator to the main brands that we are selling.

3. Do you have wholesale?
Yes, we sell wholesale, please visit our wholesale website www.everydaygroupusa.com for more details.

4. Do you have retail stores?
Yes, we have retail stores in New York City. Please check out the store list here.

5. Do I need to register to place an order?
You can check out as a guest but we recommend you to register. It’s easier to track the order status. Also, we have exclusive offers to members!

6. What methods of payment are accepted?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

7. Are my transactions secured?
Yes, all your information is encrypted in transmission using industry-leading technology.

8. Do you offer return and exchange?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns and exchange if the product is unopened, in new condition. Please send a return/exchange request within 10 days upon receipt of shipment.. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee. Please visit our Return & Exchange Policy page for details.

9. How much do you charge for shipping? Do you offer free shipping?

For US orders below $100, we offer flat shipping at $5 and express shipping at $15. Free shipping for orders over $100.
For Canada orders, we offer flat shipping at $19.99. 

Please note:

  • Additional shipping fee may apply if order exceeds 4lbs. Our customer support will contact you for additional charges.
  • Everyday Beauty Lab will not be responsible for any customs fees charged by each country. Recipients of packages should pay for the customs fees if occurred.
  • For packages that are unclaimed or abandoned due to customer refusal of paying customs and duties, the customer will be responsible for taxes & shipping.
  • Any changes incurred by refused packages or delivery failure due to inaccurate shipping address, will be the responsibility of the customer.

9. 邮费标准是多少?是否提供免邮服务?

美国订单:订单金额低于$100, 每单$5元邮费;订单金额$100及以上享受免邮。

加拿大订单:每单邮费$19.99.。如果订单重量超过4磅,可能会产生额外邮费,我们的客户服务代表将会与您取得联系。对于国际订单,顾客需要负责可能产生的海关关税费用。
